Social Media Strategy & Training Workshop

I am currently developing a workshop presentation that will cover social media. Something for a small group of participants where one on one interaction can take place. It will be designed to take someone from zero or minimal backround in using social media to understanding it and being able to use it to benefit their organization.

Here is a short outline of where I am at with it right now:

• What is Social Media and why is it important for organizations and companies to be involved in social media?
• How to setup and effectively use public Facebook Pages.
• How to setup and use Twitter.
• What is sharing? What is a "like" and why is it important?
• How to develop strategies to interact with potential and current customers, clients, and/or members of your organization.

It is a work in progress, so I will be updating this page as it comes together over the next couple weeks.
